    • 356 days free trial use ?! How is it possible?

      Lately, DCA Ventures, the company that operates CRMconnect, has attracted European funds over 650.000 EUR. One of the objectives set within the projects was to bring more value and to gain confidence of our clients, not to ask for it. We have the biggest period of free trial for a CRM solution worldwide.

    • How does registration work? When do you launch CRMconnect?

      December 15th, 2019 is the date when we will launch CRMconnect. Register now and we will notify you when you will be able to use the free CRM platform for 365 days. You can enjoy with your team the maximum benefits that the PRO package brings. 365 days! You can always switch to a less modules & functionalities package.

    • If it's free, why is a pricing available?

      CRMconnect is free for 365 days up to 2, 7 and 14 free users. If you need extra users, then they will be charged monthly or annually. Moreover, these are the fees valid for those who choose to evaluate CRMconnect from 2019. These fees will remain valid for 36 months after the end of the free trial period.

    • How long is this offer valid?

      This offer is only for those who register in 2019. Those who register from January 1 2020, will benefit from normal rates (slightly higher) and a lower testing / evaluation period, somewhere between 3 and 6 months. We recommend you to register immediately to benefit from our pre-launch offer.

    • Where additional costs may be applied?

      Some modules and functionalities may entail additional costs. It is normal to appear such costs when talking about 3P integrations and customizations: ERP | WMS | EDI and beyond. Also, additional costs may occur where the necessary usage limits are exceeded: server space (1.49 EUR / GB SSD), emails sent via email marketing (1.49 EUR / 1000 submissions), monthly subscription EDI connections (15EUR-30EUR) , cost per EDI message (0.09EUR - 0.49 EUR / message). As for the development and implementation side, we come up with a simple formula blended services.

    • What do you mean by Blended Services?
      Blended Services is our constant of calculation in case you decide to make certain developments in the area of 3PL - ERP, WMS, EDI - and not only. Blended Services means making available a mixed team of business processes analyst, software developer, designer and project manager. Cost per MD | Man Day | 1 MD = 8 hours.
      1 MD Blended Services = 250 EUR
      This means that if you have an implementation that takes 8 hours / 1 MD, within it can work: 1 hour business analyst, 6 hours developes and 1 hour project manager. The cost is fixed. If we have changes and we need 2 hours business analysis and 5 hours of programming and 1 project management, then we will not bother to approve this change request. We want to deliver as soon as possible.

    • Even the PRO package is free? How is it possible?

      You can choose any of the Start-up, Essential or Pro packages. And yes, you can evaluate the Pro package from the beginning, for free. Thus, you can convince yourself of the benefits brought by each functionality.

    • What if I need more users than the ones included?

      From the beginning we offer an optimal number of useful users to each company. Needing more users enjoys us from many perspectives: CRMconnect proves that it is a usefull tool for your business and that the benefits can be scaled to more of your colleagues and that we are starting to generate revenue. There are two options: to keep the evaluation free and to choose a higher plan, plan that includes more free users or you can start paying a monthly subscription per user.

    • How is the subscription calculated?

      The subscription is a predictable one and is calculated according to the number of active users. If one of your colleagues no longer works within your team, you can deactivate the account and keep the information and history of it. For example, you have 15 users out of which 5 are inactive accounts, colleagues who left. You will pay for 10 users.

    • Can I opt in for a higher or lower package later?

      Yes! Whenever you can opt in for the upper or lower package. The only change will be that of access to functionalities, namely: either you will receive more functionalities or some of them will be restricted. But do not worry, the data will be stored and you can always return to the top package. Each business goes through certain stages and we, as a long-term partner, need to understand and be with you.

    • EDI work-flows and integrations?

      We have 7 years experience in EDI solutions (EDIconnect) and over 1200 clients have used our services. As a CRMconnect user, we provide you with EDI integrations with the main retailers or we integrate you if you need with your trading partners.

    • Is there API support?

      We offer API support to certain data and operations. We commit ourselves to respect the rule of 20:80, in example 20% of the functionalities are used by 80% of the users and to continuously improve them in order to maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction. We are open to suggestions for improvement and development of new features if required by at least 20 customers.

    • I need a new functionality/module. When do you develop it?
