Yes! You can upgrade to a higher or downgrade to a lower package at any time. The only change will be in terms of access to functionalities, meaning you’ll either gain more features or they will be restricted. But don’t worry, your data will be preserved, and you can always return to the higher package. Every business goes through certain stages, and we, as a long-term partner, need to understand and support you throughout.

The subscription is predictable and is based on the number of active users. If one of your colleagues is no longer part of your team, you can deactivate their account and transfer all data to another user. This way, the data, along with its history, is preserved. For example, if you have 15 users and 5 are inactive accounts (colleagues who have left), you will only pay for the 10 active users.

We provide an optimal number of users for each company from the start. Your need for more users is great news for us for several reasons: CRMconnect proves its usefulness, its benefits can be scaled to more team members, and we start generating revenue. There are two options: to keep the free evaluation, you can upgrade to a higher plan that includes more users, or you can start paying a monthly subscription per user. The choice is yours.

Some modules and functionalities may incur additional costs. This is normal, especially when we talk about integrations and customizations like 3PL: ERP, WMS, EDI, and more. Additional costs may also occur if you exceed necessary usage: server space (1.49 EUR/GB SSD), monthly subscription for EDI connections with retail chains (15 EUR – 30 EUR), cost per EDI message (0.09 EUR -0.49 EUR/message). For development and implementations, we offer a simple formula for mixed professional services.
